  • Responsible for chip design and implementation of a 10 Gbps GaAs based clock recovery circuit (CRC) based on Knowledge*On Inc. 60 GHz InGaP/GaAs HBT process.

  • Evaluated indoor wireless propagation in subterranean communication links.
  • Conducted research on a multi-frequency radiometric array antenna system for early detection of breast cancer.
  • Specified novel integrated sub-millimeter wave (terahertz) near-field sensors and system for sensing and diagnosis of biological mediums (DNA, proteins).
